David has been with the Howard Kaye Insurance Agency since 2004. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Albany State University and earned his MBA in Quantitative Analysis and Statistics from St. John’s University. Prior to his position at the Howard Kaye Insurance Agency, David had responsibilities as the Director of Finance for the New York City Pre-K Student Transportation Program where he had been for over 10 years following his promotion from a prior position as Chief Financial Analyst for the Division of Parking for the NYC Department of Transportation, which he held for over 7 years. David’s role is critical as he has primary responsibility for all proposals and illustrations as well as heading up our life settlement division. He also handles matters involving client service and oversees agency financials for the firm. David is happily married to his wife Alice, and has twin boys, Andrew and Jonathan, age 20. They live in Wellington, Florida.
