Mark E.O. Sassower

Life Insurance Advisor

Mark Sassower’s 33 plus years of insurance experience, combined with a strong business background position him well as one of our elite advisors. Mark was Executive VP of a New York City insurance  brokerage firm during the late 1980’s to the early 1990’s. He then helped his family operate a large Italian Restaurant group in Houston, Texas during the mid-1990’s for the Phoenix Group after which time he served as the Executive VP of that firm managing a private equity fund comprised of underperforming companies that had significant growth potential. Having grown up on Park Avenue in New York City as the grandchild of Max Oppenheimer, the co-founder of Oppenheimer Investments, he was surrounded by sophisticated high net worth people who serve as the foundation of his client base. His familiarity with life insurance, estate and legacy planning made him a natural fit to join our team of knowledgeable life insurance and estate planning advisors in 2019. We are excited about Mark’s future and his ability to positively impact the lives and legacies of his clients.
